산호세(San Jose) 오피스에서 세일즈 & 마케팅 지원, 신사업 조사까지! 한 우물만 파는 게 아니라, 비즈니스의 전체 판을 경험하며 스피디하게 성장하고 싶은 지원자분들을 기다립니다.

[어떤 일을 하게 되나요?]

- 오피스 사무보조: QuickBooks를 활용한 인보이스 발행, 주문 처리, 물품 발주 및 문서 관리

- 세일즈 서포트: 세일즈 리포트 분석, 신규 제품·공급사·시장 조사로 사업 확장 돕기

- 마케팅 & SNS 운영: 톡톡 튀는 마케팅 콘텐츠 아이디어 연구

- 프로젝트 코디네이션: 회사가 커지는 만큼 늘어나는 신규 프로젝트 지원

[이런 분을 찾아요!]

- 영어로 유연하게 소통하고 일하실 수 있는 분 (비즈니스 영어 작성/회화)

- "이것도 해볼까요?" 하고 주도적으로 참여 및 새로운 경험을 좋아하는 분

- 미국 내 합법적 근무 신분을 가진 분 (OPT, J-1, H1B, 영주권자/시민권자 모두 환영!)

[근무 조건]

근무 형태: Full-Time (주 5일)

근무지: San Jose, CA (오피스 출근)

Instead of doing just one repetitive task, you'll be right at the center of it all at our San Jose office—hands-on with sales, marketing, operations, and business development! [What will you do?]

- Office & Operations Support: Handle order processing, invoicing via QuickBooks, inventory ordering, and internal documentation.

- Sales Support: Analyze sales reports and research new products, suppliers, and market opportunities to help us expand.

- Marketing & SNS: Brainstorm and research creative content ideas to power up our social media channels and marketing efforts.

- Project Coordination: Jump in and support diverse new projects as our business continues to scale.

[Who are we looking for?]

- Proficient in professional business English (written and verbal).

- Proactive go-getters with a "Can-do" attitude who love learning new things and taking initiative.

- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT,, J-1, H1B, Green Card, or U.S. Citizens welcome!).

- Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving in the U.S. (Required).

Type: Full-Time (5 days a week)
